1. Get in Touch
The first step is simple - just reach out to us! We’d love to hear about your project ideas, needs, and vision. Once we connect, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any initial questions you may have.
2. After Payment
Once your payment is confirmed (typically within one business day), we’ll assign you a dedicated Project Manager. They'll contact you directly via email to learn more about your business, help collect necessary materials, and guide you through the onboarding process.
3. Start Your Project
You can kick off your project anytime by sending us a description and any reference materials via email. If you're not an architect—no worries! We'll review everything and let you know if anything’s missing before we begin.
Your Project Manager will provide a clear timeline for when to expect your first 3D design update. Most projects begin with a first draft in just 3–5 business days.
We offer the following project types:

Need something outside this list? Just let us know—we’re happy to create a custom proposal tailored to your needs.
4. We’ll Complete Your Project
Our team will handle all the steps—from material review to modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and any revisions needed. Once you're happy and give your final approval, we’ll deliver the finished render in high resolution with final post-production enhancements.
5. Ready for the Next One?
As soon as one render is finished, we’re ready for the next! You can send new project descriptions even before the current one is completed. We'll work through each task one by one, ensuring consistent quality throughout.
If your project workload goes beyond what we can complete within one month, we’ll let you know in advance and arrange continued service for a second month—billed separately.
